Grandmaster Super Dan Anderson Inspiring Our Students
Martial Arts legend, grandmaster and world champion in free-fighting, Super Dan Anderson visited Spicar’s Martial Arts on Friday, November 15, 2019. Mr. Anderson taught fantastic sparing seminars to our Junior, Teen and Adult students.
We were working on footwork, punches, triggers and motion science. Lots of great tips were shared by the Professor and simple, effective techniques for self-defense were practiced in both seminars.
