Taekwondo training is good for your child’s physical, mental, and emotional health. In fact, this study by the prestigious Bangor University in UK showed that martial arts students had an improved attention span, greater alertness, and more cognitive control than participants who did not train in martial arts.

Absolutely! Come in to meet us, and jump into the class with all the other students.

For your first class wear regular workout clothes. We will have you meet our friendly instructors, and your fellow students.

After class we will ask you if you want to get started. If yes, you will get your uniform and equipment. It’s that easy.

For your first free class wear whatever is comfortable for being active - think workout apparel. Whatever you wear must be clean and proper fitting.

Upon signing up you will get your Reveal Martial Arts uniform, punching gloves and other equipment.

When you decide to sign up you will get to choose a Reveal equipment package that will give you everything you need to train for the next several months.

Honestly, there is no best age. Everyone will get different, however, amazing benefits from karate training.

Younger children will learn listening skills, improve their focus, motor skills, and have a great time doing something fun, and making new friends.

Older kids will learn to give effort, set and achieve goals, and develop higher levels of discipline and concentration. Kids will also improve their fitness levels, fine motor skills, and coordination.

Teens love new challenges and usually set big goals like becoming a Black Belt before going off to college. They benefit from social interaction, less screen time, fitness training, and being a positive environment.

Adults get to have a “me time” that allow them to relieve stress, burn tons of calories, improve mental and physical well being. In addition adults feel great about learning new skills like self-defense. Many adults even get to fulfill their childhood dream of becoming Black Belts!
