3 STEPS HOW YOUR CHILD GAINS LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
CARING INSTRUCTORS WILL LEAD YOUR CHILD ON A PATHWAY TO REVEAL THEIR INNER CHAMPION.
Our Leadership Program is inspired by the world renown Toastmasters International, a world wide leadership and public speaking educational organization.
Reveal Martial Arts’ innovative Leadership Program is targeted for children ages 6+ and teenagers.
Your child will develop their communication and leadership skills through practical and deliberate experience and role play.
We use the familiarity of our martial arts physical exercise that kids love, and communication methodologies to help your child get accustomed to and comfortable with using their voice and body in a powerful way.
“Children are great imitators. So give them something great to imitate.” – Anonymous
STEP 1
STAND TALL
The standing tall philosophy is all about creating the best possible environment your child to learn body movement and hand gestures effective public speakers use to command their audience. Standing Tall means your child will learn powerful presentation techniques using all parts of their body for confident self-projection.
▫︎
Strong leadership skills are essential for making better decisions, maintaining your focus and priority, and maximizing outcomes in school, at home, and at work.
▫︎
In today’s environment, with the pressure of looking picture-perfect on social media networks, kids and teens are feeling inadequate and discouraged, showing early symptoms of anxiety and depression.
▫︎
At Reveal Martial Arts, our Leadership Program will help your child gain new levels of confidence to help them live their best life!
STEP 2
EYE CONTACT
Proper eye contact is one of the most important skill children start developing early. It helps kids develop the confidence to be successful in their personal and professional life.
▫︎
Since the dawn of time people have judged others just based on a gaze. People who make confident eye contact appear more friendly, more accomplished and more confident.
▫︎
Did you know that girls break eye contact more frequently than boys? It is especially important for young and teen girls to practice the skills of keeping confident eye contact during conversation now, so they can have successful career later in their workplace.
▫︎
At Reveal Martial Arts we deliberately practice, in every leadership class, the skills of direct and confident eye contact to help students have brighter career and future.
STEP 3
CONFIDENT VOICE
Speaking in front of a crowd doesn’t come naturally to children and teens. Most kids are first exposed to public speaking when they do oral presentations in their classroom. This can cause a level of anxiety that persists into adulthood. Arming your child now with the right training on how to speak confidently and effectively in front of a crowd can help reduce and even remove anxiety associated with public speaking.
▫︎
We are total believers in the phrase: “Leaders are not born but are made.” That is why we have created our Leadership Program for Youth. As parents ourselves we want to give our own children a huge advantage over their peers - to have a loud, clear and confident voice.
▫︎
From their very first leadership class you child will practice speaking out in front of others. Our friendly instructors will help and guide your child through the exercises. You will be amazed at how confidently will your child start using their voice.

Yes! All children have the potential to develop leadership skills through training and practice. Leadership development can be a lifelong process. Yes! As a woman started and owned business we focus on building strong girls. About half of our leadership students are girls and they are doing amazing!
Our leadership program helps teach girls to feel comfortable in addressing large groups of children, have others respond well to their suggestions, and build interest in taking on higher levels or responsibility and leadership roles.
We are certain this will help girls achieve top position and success when they enter the workforce.

Leadership is the potential to influence the behavior of others towards the realization of a goal. Motivational speaker Tony Robbins says it’s “a powerful skill that can be developed over time.” There is no single personality type that equates to great leadership. Therefore, leadership for kids can be taught.
