Philip Spicar is 2 years old today
We are incredibly excited about our little martial artist Philip turning 2 years old today. All students that come to class will get a yummy Bundtini from Nothing Bundt Cakes.

Junior Pizza Party / Parents Night Out
We threw a big party for our martial arts students and their friends this Saturday. Dodgeball tournament, Infection, Rattlesnake, Telephone, Green Light - Red Light, awesome karate flying kicks and many other games were played during the afternoon and night.
Training with 7th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor
Mr. Rich was teaching clinics for children, teens and adults with over 200 students attending. Our adult students learned about longevity and how to train safely and having fun practicing martial arts as approaching the "wise age".
NRH2O water park party a huge success
Close to 800 martial arts students of all ages, their families and friends had a blast at our private party in the area's largest water park - the awesome NRH2O!
Teens and Adults at the Movies
Some of our Teen and Adult students went to see The Wolverine at Harkin's Movie Theatre in Southlake's town square. It was a fun movie with some great wolverine and ninja action.
What does it mean to be a Black Belt?
When I took my first class, it was during the Summer of 2010. I had nothing better to do and a friend of mine had recently joined and wanted me to tag along. At first, I was shy about going, not knowing what to expect or what would happen. I had no clue what kind of people would be there, or if I would like it. After some encouragement from my mother I reluctantly accepted her offer.
