Crazy Hair & Bring a Buddy Day
Lots of students brought their friends for this fun event. They were teaching their buddies how to get out of arm grabs and jacket/t-shirt grabs and also taught them to break boards. Classes were full and fun.

Martial Arts Champion - Miss Talia Flores from Southlake, TX
Miss Talia Flores recently earned her 1st Degree Senior Black Belt. Miss Flores started training with us, here in Southlake, on February 19, 2010. Currently enrolled in our Teen martial arts program, she is on her way to become a certified Level 1 Instructor by the end of summer.

Studies show that 64%-80% of professional dancers need to stop performing for extended periods due to Overuse Syndrome (OS). Although ballet and Tae Kwon Do seem to have similarities in muscle lengthening, the Tae Kwon Do injury rate is significantly lower.
