Another Fantastic Karate Birthday Party
We had another fantastic and action packed birthday party today. Happy 5th birthday, Trevor! You were awesome and we had a blast having you and your friends in our school celebration your important day.
The Importance of Sparring

Crazy Hair & Bring a Buddy Day
Lots of students brought their friends for this fun event. They were teaching their buddies how to get out of arm grabs and jacket/t-shirt grabs and also taught them to break boards. Classes were full and fun.
Amazing Self-Defense Seminar for Ladies
Almost 50 ladies and moms with daughters from Southlake and surrounding communities participated in our free self-defense seminar that focused on empowering them with safety tips and simple and effective striking techniques.

Martial Arts Champion - Miss Talia Flores from Southlake, TX
Miss Talia Flores recently earned her 1st Degree Senior Black Belt. Miss Flores started training with us, here in Southlake, on February 19, 2010. Currently enrolled in our Teen martial arts program, she is on her way to become a certified Level 1 Instructor by the end of summer.
